You can watch pre-recorded sitcoms, dramas, live or reality shows, and of course TV game shows any day of the week. I love sitcoms, but have you ever watched that fun TV game show, Family Feud? This game app is really just like the show in that you hear the popular theme music and similar sounding host's voice. You can play this brain teasing family game with friends, relatives and your Facebook buddies. There are many social options in this app to make your game even more challenging and fun for you. Some of the exciting features of Family Feud are as follows:

• Social game - play with Facebook friends, and follow your own and friends’ progress via daily high score rankings.
• Favorite elements from the TV show - thousands of survey questions, ‘Fast Money’ play, authentic theme music and the familiar scoreboard in dazzling HD.
• Predictive text input and auto spell checker - make typing answers lightning fast.
• Retina display

When you open the app, there are a few preliminaries to deal with first. Decide whether you want to log in or play as a guest. Then you collect some coins and are free to begin playing. The familiar Family Feud music is playing in the background and the answer slots on the wall flip just as they do on TV. If you recall, the object of the game is to try to name the most popular answers to survey questions posed to 100 people. Go ahead and see if you can read the minds of those who have set the responses to your questions. This is a game that requires a good sense of humor, a little intellect and a lot of social interaction!

COOL CONCLUSION: "Family Feud & Friends is a rapid, brain teasing TV game with awesome HD graphics where you compete against friends answering popular survey questions."

IntoNow

Developer Quote: "Get more from TV! IntoNow is the best way to connect with your friends around the shows you love."

- COST: Free - APP STORE STARS: 4-1/2
- Categories: Entertainment, Lifestyle, Native, TV

Are you a serious and dedicated TV watcher along the lines of a couch potato on the weekends? Do you and your friends discuss TV shows and what happened in each episode? I have a friend who knows everything about all the sitcoms and other shows, remembers the episodes by heart and can almost recite what the actors say. Yeah, I know, that's a bit off the chain. Still, it can be a bit impressive when I have a puzzling question on an actor or show. IntoNow helps you find out everything you are interested in about your fave TV shows, and it's so easy to use besides.

All you have to do is tap the green button when your preferred show is on the air, and magically, IntoNow will identify the show and episode. More than that, the app will provide you with all the information and links relevant to that show. At that point, if you want, you can share your knowledge on Facebook and Twitter. One other neat feature is that IntoNow also gives you insight into which shows you and your friends enjoy watching. That even includes the latest episode!

With IntoNow, you can find and explore new shows and share all your new TV smarts with friends who have similar interests to you! Some of the interesting and helpful features of this TV guide app are as follows:

- Identify live TV, or anything that’s run on TV in the last five years, from your television, computer or mobile device.
- Get full episode and cast information, as well as info on future airings.
- Receive notifications when your friends are watching the same episode or show.
- Comment on what your friends are watching in the app, or on Facebook and Twitter.
- One-click access to IMDb, Netflix, and iTunes so you can learn more or start watching right away.
- Add new friends using Facebook, Twitter, your address book, or “search by name.”

I really like the ease and consistently good operation of this app. It adds a whole new dimension to your social networking too when you've got interesting details to share with friends. A super bonus is that IntoNow alerts you whenever you and a friend or family member are watching the same show at the same time. I think that's pretty intuitive and a stand-out feature!

COOL CONCLUSION: "IntoNow makes your TV viewing pleasure into a social adventure!"

Wimbledon is almost here and will begin on June 23rd! In fact, the tennis stars are in England right now getting their games ready to wow us eager viewers! Still, there is something special about the green courts of Wimbledon and the hushed, polite British play that is quite different there than in any other country. After watching the various Tennis Opens throughout the world, sit back and enjoy traditional lawn tennis in elegant British style. Make use of the many exciting areas to which you can navigate from the home screen, and enjoy lots of info snippets on your fave Tennis celebs. Crackle

Developer Quote: "Finally, watch FREE movies on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch."

- COST: Free - APP STORE STARS: 3-1/2
- Categories: Entertainment, Movies, TV, Videos, Native

I rarely get a chance to watch TV more than a couple nights a week. That being said, I have missed so many excellent sitcoms and movies that I feel quite left out when friends are discussing them. Enter Crackle! Crackle is an awesome app that provides you with full-length movies and TV shows in all genres. You can view the list of shows at www.crackle.com or from within the app. The video quality is excellent, and so I have found myself enjoying one too many episodes of Seinfeld! I was pleased also that I did not have to endure any buffering problems. Here are some of the neat features of this TV and movie app:

- Full-length Hollywood movies (Da Vinci Code, Snatch, more)
- Lots of TV show episodes (Seinfeld, Married With Children, more)
- Genres including: action, comedy, crime, horror, thriller and sci-fi
- Optimized for both iPhone/iPod touch and iPad
- Browse Movies, TV, Originals, Collections and Genres - or search by keyword
- Build and manage your queue for viewing on the app or online at Crackle.com.
- Stream HQ video via 3G or Wi-Fi
- New movies and TV episodes added regularly
- Content available only in US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia while content varies by territory

There are many ways to enjoy the viewing selection on Crackle. Open the app and you will see a slideshow of images from the Featured shows or movies. Tap the arrow under the pic and you'll get info on that show. You may tap Movies to view only those, or Shows. Tap Browse if you want a more comprehensive view (including Movies, Television, Originals, Genres, Collections) of what's on Crackle. Tap More to Search Crackle, Manager User Account, view My Queue, and peruse your Viewing History. The interface is easy to manage with large font for easy reading. This app does turn on GPS, so to prevent this go to your device Settings, Location Services, Crackle and turn off. The only other little grievance is the ads which play before each show. Still for free viewing fun, I can live with that. Crackle is a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment and offers quality movies that you can watch at your leisure.

COOL CONCLUSION: "Crackle is excellent free TV and movie entertainment from the comfort of your home on the iDevice of your choice."

--Date/Version: Released 4/18/11 - Version 1.2.5
--iOS/Age Rating: This app requires iOS 4.0 or later. Rated 17.
--Special Note: Movies and TV series updated monthly. Titles subject to change. Current content list is available on the app or at www.crackle.com

I was trying to find some decent Super Bowl apps to share when I came upon one that I know many will enjoy whether or not you enjoy football.
